A land of staggering natural beauty, cultural complexities, rolling green rice paddies, and hill-tribe villages, Vietnam is both exotic and compelling and the perfect destination for Yoga & Wellness. We start in the northern city of Hanoi, known for its centuries-old architecture and rich Asian, Chinese, and French influences.

Next, we embark on a private Yoga & sightseeing cruise overlooking the magnificent UNESCO World Heritage site of Halong Bay. Further on, prepare to be mesmerised in the heart of Zen Buddhism with a stay at a luxury hotel, built to look like a 13th-century Buddhist monastery and Chinese imperial palace. After feeling spiritually rejuvenated, we head to the outskirts of the French colonial town of Hoi Ann and stay at a tranquil rural villageYoga retreat. Your mornings will be spent practising Yoga, enjoying spa and massage treatments, whilst overlooking the swaying palm trees and green rice paddies. Our journey ends south in the capital of Saigon, known also as Ho Chi Minh City for more historical sightseeing and some incredible food experiences which Vietnam is famous for

Tour Itinerary

DAY 1

Hanoi Arrival

Upon arrival at Hanoi International Airport, our team will welcome you as you disembark the aircraft, and help you go quickly through the arrival formalities of immigration

Group transfer from the airport to the hotel in Hanoi centre by private car
Check in, refresh then enjoy welcome dinner with Hanoi Specialties –
Chả Cá (grilled fish served with fresh noodle) or Bún chả (grilled
pork served with fresh noodle and fish-sauce(grilled pork served
with fresh noodle and fish-sauce)

DAY 2

HANOI CITY TOUR

Next morning, breakfast at the hotel, before departing on a city tour exploring charming Hanoi, including must-visit attractions. Sunset Yoga Class At approx. 5:00pm, we head to a local Yoga Studio for a restorative Yoga class with a wonderful local Vietnam yoga Therapist. Enjoy a good class after all the travel and sightseeing. Transfer back to the hotel, free as your leisure & dinner.

DAY 3

HALONG BAY – PRIVATE YOGA CRUISE IN MAGNIFICENT HALONG BAY

Welcome aboard! Enjoy a welcome drink during the cruise briefing before check-in to your cabin. A splendid lunch is served while cruising into the primitive Lan Ha Bay. The bay has hundreds of small and large islands, making it an enormous, wonderful scene whilst dining.

Kayaking or rowing boat explore Dark cave
Swim and kayak at the isolated Frog Lagoon, an extremely serene and
emerald spot . Visit Viet Hai Village – meet some locals in their
home, on field or at village school

DAY 4 & 5

TRANSFER TO LEGANCY YET TU RETREAT

Prepare to be mesmerised in the heart of Zen Buddhism with a stay at a 13th-century luxury hotel, built to look like a Buddhist monastery and Chinese imperial palace

After disembarking from our cruise our driver will transfer us to this magnificent resort
The afternoon after lunch we shall take a stroll around the local village
Dinner will be enjoyed at the hotel restaurant with vegetarian specialities
In the evening enjoy some Singing bowl meditations, and Sanskrit chanting with a local teacher
Next day will be spent practising yoga, swimming in the glorious pool and enjoy spa massages and treatments

Day 6

FLY TO DANANG –TRANSFER TO AN-VILLA HOI AN YOGA RETREAT

Nestled on the banks of the Co Co river, An Villa is a peaceful tropical oasis in beautiful Hoi An. De-stress in serene, natural surroundings, in this ecologically sustainable property

On arrival at the airport, you will be welcomed by private tour-guide, transfer to your resort for the next few days of retreating

DAY 7 & 8

ANN VILLA | HOI ANN YOGA RETREAT

Morning: It’s time for indulgence! Sunrise & meditation yoga classes buffet breakfast Spa & Massage Spa Treatments of your choice Vegetarian lunch

Afternoon time for local sightseeing: it’s time to explore the ancient town.

Learn about the UNESCO-listed city from a personal guide
Explore the Japanese Covered Bridge and visit galleries and tailors
Back for sunset yoga
Enjoy dinner at a restaurant on the river bank

DAY 9

HOI ANN TO DANANG HO CHI MINH CITY | SAIGON

After a glorious few days at the Yoga Retreat in Hoi Ann, check out of hotel to depart back to Danang airport for your flight to Saigon Arrive check into hotel followed by rest time Evening dinner at a beautiful Vietnam restaurant

DAY 10

SAIGON CITY TOUR

Today we will explore the city landmarks and experience amazing street food The tour features visits to the city’s most famous landmarks including:

Ben Thanh Market, Chinatown via Vo Van Kiet Boulevard
Hai Thuong Lan Ong traditional medicine street
Cantonese Thien Hau Pagoda
Reunification Palace & Notre Dame Cathedral

Day 11

Hanoi – End of Tour

Today is departure day! breakfast at the hotel then free time for last minute shopping and packing, until we all transfer to Noi Bai International Airport.
