The refund policy for The Yoga Department stipulates a 30-day duration for returns and refunds. If more than 30 days have transpired since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a complete refund or facilitate an exchange. It is crucial to review and address any concerns regarding your purchase within this specified time frame.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for digital goods are generally not provided due to the instantaneous and irreversible nature of product delivery. Exceptions may be considered in cases of technical issues preventing access to the purchased digital goods.

If customers encounter technical difficulties that impede their ability to access the digital goods, they should contact our support team for resolution.

  • Product Satisfaction

We encourage customers to thoroughly review product details and specifications before making a purchase to ensure it meets their expectations. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with the digital goods will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
