A Sydney-based yoga teacher of 16 years, her love of yoga started off when she was living in San Francisco. And has participated in teacher training with Maty Ezraty, Twee Merrigan and has completed Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Mark Breadner. She now teach Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, Aerial or Hammock Yoga, and now Barre Attack. ️
